Book the Whole Property

Reserve all six lodging units and your wedding party has every guest accommodation to itself. A small number of full-time residents live on the property, and they'll respect the privacy of your event.

All 6 units, per night. Plus a one-time cleaning fee of $275 (Lake House and Baan Rai Cabin).

Policies

  • All rates are per night, plus 9.3% Washington sales tax.
  • Children under 8 stay free. Children 8 and older count as adults for extra-person charges.
  • Extra bedding is provided when extra guests are booked.
  • Check-in and check-out times are confirmed at booking.

On-Site Services

  • Firewood, $7.50 per bundle.
  • Ice, $5.00 per bag, in the Laundry House freezer.
  • Coin-operated washer and dryer in the Laundry House.
  • Green trash can along the driveway for event trash.

Pets

  • We're a pet-friendly property. All pets must be leashed on the grounds.
  • Yurts and Fern Gully tents: please bring your own pet bed.
  • Lake House and Baan Rai Cabin: pets stay on the patio or in the kennel area, not inside.
